Application Developers (+Upskill Opportunity)

We are looking for 20+ Application Developers under a special program - Skill Xcelerator. The selected candidates will be trained on modern technologies on the Microsoft stack and deployed to our global projects in Singapore, Europe and other countries in Asia Pacific. The roles are based in Philippines and we support Work From Home working model.

Requirements:
  • 3+ Years of hands-on experience on Web Application Development projects.
  • College graduate with degree or course on the following: BS Computer Science, BS Computer Engineering, BS Information Technology
  • Experience or exposure in roles like DevOps or Application Development
  • Cloud technology platforms like MS Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform
  • Experience in programming platforms like Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS), MS CRM, MS Dynamics 365
  • Experience in any 1 of the technology frameworks like ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, Node.js, Powershell, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • There are 20 roles for this program. We expect to finalize a batch of 5 FTE every week.
  • Each selected candidate will go through a comprehensive training with mentorship on following 5 topics:
    • Azure DevOps
    • Azure Data and Analytics
    • CRM (D365)
    • SiteCore
    • Sharepoint
  • The training is customized based on the role that you will be expected to accomplish once assigned to a project
  • Following the training and on being certified, you will then deployed into the project
  • There will be a coach assigned to you to ensure that the learning is sustained over a minimum period of 12 months and beyond.

There is a 3-stage selection process for this program which involves technical assessment and interview with the prospective mentors.

We would like to highlight that all selected candidate will be employed on selection and will be eligible for salary and employment benefits from Day 1.
